Worksheetless Classroom?

What a concept. This is quite a challenge for me as a seasoned teacher, but thought it would be worth a try. I had my students using their chromebooks to research different types of pollution for their group projects and their compare and contrast writing lessons. Although we did use chart paper to take notes, the students enjoy working on their chromebooks. I struggle at times with the amount of time children are in front of computers, and also the fact that they still need to be able to write and work out problems on paper, but I am working hard to try to balance that out in my classroom. I also like the fact that "worksheets" and papers are not getting lost in desks or I'm not getting the typical, "Where should I put this," response from my kids.
